BMW M5 Unveils at Shanghai Auto Show

The concept of new BMW M5 will be debut at the famous Shanghai Motor Show in this month. As we all know, the M5 model was the first saloon car of BMW which receive a popular treatment of tricolor.

Now, 25 years later and five generations of this model, the range of this ultimate performance saloon is all set to hit the market a ground – breaking as ever. To make this model as a latest sensation of wide automobile market, manufacturer added more powerful drivetrain in this range.

It’s earlier generation is powered by unique 5.0 – liter V10 engine as well as it has manual SMG clutchless gearbox. But, this latest BMW M5 model has powerful twin – turbocharged V8 engine which is paired with standard twin – clutch 7 – speed transmission.

According to the reliable sources, this engine is the first ever M5 turbocharged and this engine gives 25 per cent more fuel efficiency. This engine has capacity to churns out more than 560 bhp of maximum energy and high level of torque. In the category of saloon car, this one is truly incredible.

For ventilation, it has 3 – humungous grilles along with revised front bumpers. This arrangement helps to provide cooling exclusively for a front cross – drilled brakes and radiator. At the back side, quad exhausts, subtle lip – spoiler, and the integrated diffuser are available. For sale, this range will be available in UK showrooms in late 2011.

Those who can’t wait for BMW M5 have option of used BMW M5 version which is also considered as tempting. This new model is considered as the latest addition in the segment of current BMW 5 – Series. As per the reports, company is even ready with the production.
